Alicia was very professional and kind, and she always looked out for our best interest. She helped us with both selling our old house, and finding and purchasing our new house. She went over and above in helping us with preparing our old house for sale, providing us references for work that needed to be done in order for us to sell our old house, and giving us pointers for making the house look its best. Because of her efforts, we were able to sell our house well over our asking price, and we were able to purchase the new house for below asking price

Alicia made it very easy for us with correct and honest suggestion for every house which we had seen. She did not push us to buy any house only to get her commission. For example, she found out sinkhole issue for a very beautiful house. We were not aware of this kind of bad issue while purchasing a house.
